| This program is exclusively for clients of Realty World America, Inc. and its franchisees. Upon completion of purchase or sale of real estate property through a
participating Realty World agent or sales representative, a client may earn rewards points which may be redeemed for merchandise.
 ENROLLMENT. To enroll in the Realty World Platinum Rewards Program, sign up with a participating Realty World agent or sales representative. There are no fees or charges to enroll in the Realty World Platinum Rewards Program. Individuals, corporations, groups, and other associated entities are eligible to enroll, each participant may have only one account, and accounts may not be combined.
REWARDS POINTS. Points are awarded to a client upon the closing of his or her purchase or sale of real estate property through a participating Realty World sales representative. No points will be earned for any purchases or sales made prior to enrollment. Within fourteen (14) days of the closing of each qualifying transaction, your sales representative will post the rewards points earned in the transaction with an online prize fulfillment company and mail the client, a document indicating that client’s user name (password), the number of points earned in the transaction, and the name and Internet address of the online prize fulfillment website. The client may then log in to the online prize fulfillment website and redeem rewards points for merchandise. The approximate retail value of the merchandise that the points can be redeemed for may vary. Merchandise is subject to offer and availability at prize fulfillment website. Redemption of points, selection and acceptance of merchandise is subject to prize fulfillment website terms and conditions.
IT’S OUR THANK YOU. Membership, enrollment, and the amount of points awarded in the Realty World Platinum Rewards Program is offered at the sole discretion of an individual Realty World agent and is our way of saying Thank You for the confidence a client placed in Realty World to market their property.
